DG Pro Solutions provides residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and renovation services in Southwest Florida. All projects are performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code and applicable local regulations. Estimates are provided based on information available at the time of evaluation and are subject to change upon discovery of unforeseen conditions.

Estimates and Contracts

Free estimates are provided as a preliminary assessment. A formal contract will be executed before any work begins. Contract terms, including scope of work, pricing, timeline, and payment schedule, will be clearly outlined in the agreement. Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented in a written change order.

License and Insurance

DG Pro Solutions is a fully licensed and insured Florida Certified General Contractor (License #CBC1266302). We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the protection of our clients and employees.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms for each project are specified in the individual contract. Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

DG Pro Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the contract value for the specific project in question.
